I recently stayed at the Wine&Pillow Hotel in Odessa for a weekend getaway. The hotel is small, cute, and exceptionally clean. The rooms may be on the smaller side, but they are charming and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city on Deribaskya Street, making it easy to explore the central tourist area. Despite being in a bustling area, the soundproofing was great and we were able to sleep undisturbed. it was a great value for the price considering the fantastic location.

I had an exceptional stay at Wine&Pillow By Frapolli. The room was tidy and comfortable, and the staff provided top-notch service. But what really impressed me was the personalized attention given to my late check-in. It made me feel valued as a guest. Despite a minor blip with the SmartTV, the overall experience was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was WONDERFUL and fairly clean, had particularly nice views, convenient location in main tourist area. Our room was bright and neat, had hypo-allergenic pillows. The staff was helpful and lovely friendly and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The venue was located in the heart of the city. It was also really close to cafes, all other attractions and a pedestrian street.
